Green is the New Black

Today’s smart companies are making real and substantive commitments to sustainability. The brilliant ones are making commitments to greatly reducing their annual, total carbon output; powering their businesses (buildings, vehicles, etc.) with renewable energy; requiring similar action from their suppliers and partners; and integrating these efforts into their corporate identities, culture and communications. As a result, they’re also positioning themselves for the “immediate future,” creating strong brands and winning over loyal constituents.

Practice What We Preach

Jason has a 5.8 kW SunPower solar PV system on his own home and a 7.2 kW Tesla solar PV system on a rental property; donates approximately 1% of his annual income to environmental nonprofits; and eats, drives, lives, votes and raises his children consistent with his values. Coal and oil are done. Our future needs to be carbon free. ASAP.

Renewable Energy & Clean Tech PR

Our renewable energy and clean tech PR and marketing work includes managing all PR for the 40th Annual National Solar Conference of the American Solar Energy Society (ASES), helping organizations launch sustainability programs, gaining national coverage for an emerging solar-panel manufacturer (Grape Solar) and much more. We’ve also forged beneficial alliances for clients with international environmental groups.


Since the spring of 2018, we’ve worked closely with E.ON Climate & Renewables (now RWE Renewables), the world’s fourth largest renewable energy company. To help RWE Renewables develop wind farms in N. America, we have created and executed: strategic plans; detailed recommendations for boosting community support and engagement; a wide variety of collateral and direct mail; advertisements (magazine, newspaper and radio); four, local-market websites; proactive media and community relations; and much more. We’ve secured positive media stories, hosted events and worked with community members to balance the narrative in counties that resist wind.


We are also identifying and working with a wide variety of organizations in several categories to identify and create new, major wind and/or solar projects.
